The economy of the ancient city of Ile-Ife currently is being driven by agriculture and agro-allied produce commerce on a part and the flourishing education industry. The abundant resources offered by the tradition, culture, heritage and history of Ile-Ife, the cradle of the Yoruba race of the southwestern Nigeria is being neglected and untapped. Until the advent of COME TO ILE-IFE there is no effective organisation of ideas or purposeful promotion of tourism to present Ile-Ife wholesomely as a tourist destination to the world.
