INE OIL LIMITED (RC 286333) was registered in Nigeria on the 17th January, 1996. It has consolidated its market share of refined petroleum products marketing operations, through its service stations and road tankers.

A carefully packaged expansion and diversification programme has seen the company into expanding its network of service stations to include 2 (two) additional ultra modern stations under construction in Warri. And in Lagos, we have moved into our ultra modern complex in INE OIL PLAZA on Lagos-Epe Expressway. The complex is made up of a fully integrated petrol station, automated car wash, automobile repair and servicing shops, bank, supermarkets and offices. The complex also houses our New Headquarters. Feasibility studies and negotiations are at an advanced stage for the construction of a tank farm/storage depot in Rumuolumeni – Port Harcourt. This is expected to help solidify our active presence in the downstream operations of the Nigerian petroleum industry.

Recently, steps have been taken to effect a presence in the upstream segment of the industry through the commissioning of House Boats, Barges and Swamp Excavators; and negotiations with prospective/JV technical partners.

By this step, the company is positioning itself to take advantage of the increased local content drive of government for enhanced Nigerian participation in the petroleum industry, and the recently initiated deep offshore activities.
